SPF and DMARC only describe what your DNS *says* should happen — this test actually connects to your real mail server on port 25 and watches the handshake happen: does it advertise STARTTLS, does the TLS handshake complete, is the certificate trusted. This is the difference between "the configuration looks right on paper" and "mail actually arrives encrypted."
